Durban is a good holiday deiotnatsin and the weather is great. In March when I visited, took home a stock pile of curry powders and spices bought in a local market. In one case the shopkeeper made us a blend with whatever we wanted mixed in. And the food is so cheap! Great place for curry, surfing and taking in the Zulu culture.
